“THE KORNER LOUNGE: 75 YEARS IN THE MAKING

It’s official, y'all. We are celebrating 75 years of history, community, and love!

When owner and founder Sue Tuck popped the first bottle back in 1951, we wonder if she ever imagined this little, nondescript bar becoming the haven it has been for thousands upon thousands of individuals. For three quarters of a century, these doors have remained open. The Korner Lounge has become a sanctuary for queer people not just in Shreveport and Bossier City, but across the entire South.

And what better way to celebrate? We’re throwing an absolute powerhouse of a party to mark the occasion! Seven decades of unforgettable nights deserve a celebration you’ll be talking about for years to come. Come raise a glass to community, and let's have a gay AF time!
