“The Krewe of Highland will hold their annual parade beginning at 2 pm on Sunday, Feb. 15. The Krewe of Highland parade runs through the Highland neighborhood along Herndon Street, Centenary Blvd., Gladstone Blvd. and Creswell Avenue.
