Eligibility:
Reside in Louisiana Region 7 (Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, Bienville, DeSoto, Red River, Sabine, Natchitoches)
Original 2D wall-hung art or 3D/sculptural work
Maximum size: 36" x 36" (3D works must fit through standard 36" x 80" doorway)
All mediums accepted: painting, photography, mixed media, etc.
Timeline:
Concept submissions due: November 30, 2025, 5:00 PM
Artist notifications begin: December 23, 2025
Final art due: January 9, 2026
