“AIA Shreveport and the Louisiana Architecture Foundation (LAF) will co-host a day-long celebration of the AIA Shreveport’s 100th anniversary and a screening of two widely acclaimed films by Louisiana Architecture: Unexpected Modernism: The Wiener Brothers Story, co-produced by Shreveport’s own Gregory Kallenberg/Rational Middle Media; and multiple award-winning Ancestral Artistry: The Influence of Africans & Creoles of Color on Louisiana Architecture, co-produced by Bossier City native Allison Bohl DeHart with Lafayette-based Makemade. Co-producers Peter DeHart, co-directors/writers Conni Castille & Charles Richard.
